"Kerr srl was born in Turin in 2000, founded by the architect Mario Riggio who, after decades of experience in the steel sector, decides that the time is ripe to establish his own business. His story, in fact, has roots well more distant: he began his experience as a collaborator in the office of the engineer Glorioso Riggio and in 1983 he began his professional activity, taking an interest in building design and building restoration of land planning and the environment. The founding objective of the studies and professional experiences developed was that of "Quality control in building" with reference to the use of basic technologies, to the management and durability of the manufactured products. After the research activity, he became a partner and collaborator in a metalworking transformation center. His passion for steel led him to direct his activity towards new challenges and innovative construction methods for the reality in which he operates. With the birth of Kerr srl, the face of activity changes, more and more pushed towards the world of steel structures. The strong point of KERR is to have both a design studio and an engineering workshop. His staff is made up of a young and dynamic team of professionals who work in the sector through the use of the most advanced BIM modeling and structural calculation software, in particular Tekla Structures, Allplan and Midas Gen. All this has allowed us to obtain important commissions abroad, including the design and construction of some bridges in the capital of Sierra Leone. Currently the company operates mainly in the national territory, with the design and construction of mainly steel structures, in the most diverse constructive areas. "
